Those of us who remember how things were 50 years or more ago should take the time to make their memories available to younger people. A world without the internet, without on screen games and where direct face to face conversation substituted for texts, emails and so called social media - was it better? Was it worse? Chicken
A chicken was viewed as a luxury treat in the fifties - if you were lucky, you might get one on a Sunday. A treat if you liked them but not for Alec, who didn't.
