Duvet

The first duvet that I saw was in Luxembourg around 1958. The cover was double sized so that it also provided an under sheet. Don't think that duvets were around in the 50s and not very much in the 60s either. Back then, we assumed that the more weight that we piled on top of us, the greater the heat. What a blissful relief diverts were.
